19 communes bordering Grandlieu Lake, the oldest and largest natural lake in France, located south-west of Nantes.

WINEMAKING PROCESS :
Separate winemaking for different soil regions. The best clusters are subject to skin contact maceration in order to extract the most aroma. Settling of the juice and fermentation in automatic thermo-regulated tanks, ageing on lees to obtain a rich structure.

COMMENTS : Often considered to be the most exotic of the Muscadets. It has aromas that evoke mango and passion fruit. A very supple white wine pleasing in the mouth.
It can be served very cold as an aperitif (8-9°C/46- 48°F) or with seafood, fish or cheeses (gruyere or goat milk).
