Severe selection of the best grape clusters for carbonic maceration (Beaujolais method). After ageing in tanks with much racking the wine is filtered then bottled. |

COMMENTS : A very drinkable wine, supple and very fruity. Serve between 12-14°C/53-57°F. It goes well with cold cuts, salads, meat and cheeses. |
