WINEMAKING PROCESS :
Harvesting by hand with sorting at reception. Severe selection of the best grape clusters for carbonic maceration (Beaujolais method). After ageing in tanks with much racking the wine is filtered then bottled.

COMMENTS : A very drinkable wine, supple and very fruity. Serve between 12-14°C/53-57°F. It goes well with cold cuts, salads, meat and cheeses.
