WINEMAKING PROCESS :
Strict selection of the grapes and harvesting at the optimum ripeness. Vatting time is an average of two weeks in thermo-regulated tanks.

COMMENTS : Wine with a lovely ruby red colour, a pleasing smell and very drinkable. Can be aged for three years. It goes very well with cold cuts, grilled white or red meats and cheeses. Serve between 15-18°C/ 59-64°F.
